Key Responsibilities
- Work under the DBT-funded genomics and proteomics research project.
- Carry out research activities as assigned under the project.
- Position 1 candidates may perform laboratory experiments, including western blotting, qPCR, cell culture, and molecular biology.
- Position 2 candidates may work on coding, database development, website front-end development, and NGS data analysis, including RNAseq and single-cell data analysis.
Qualifications
Applicants must possess:
- M.Sc.
- M.Tech.
- M.Pharm.
- M.V.Sc.
- Equivalent qualification in Life Sciences or allied subjects, including:
- Biochemistry
- Biotechnology
- Virology
- Microbiology
- Other related disciplines
Candidates must have secured a minimum of 55% aggregate marks (relaxation as per Government of India guidelines).
Additionally, candidates must have qualified for a National Level Examination such as NET or GATE.
