Dear Biotecnikans, an important notice has been released by CSIR. All of the candidates who have qualified the CSIR NET December 2018 examination are requested to check out all of the details pertaining to the notification below.

NOTICE

ATTENTION: QUALIFIED CANDIDATES OF December 2018, CSIR-UGC NET EXAM
(ISSUE OF CERTIFICATES)

RESULT IN PART-I

THE CERTIFICATES OF CANDIDATES HAVING THEIR ROLL NUMBERS IN PART-1 OF RESULT (CSIR JRF/LS AND JRF ONLY) WILL BE ISSUED BY EXAMINATION UNIT, CSIR COMPLEX, NEW DELHI.

THE CANDIDATES WHO HAVE QUALIFIED UNDER (CSIR JRF/LS AND JRF ONLY) PART-1 OF THE RESULT IN December 2018 EXAM ARE REQUIRED TO SEND SELF ATTESTED PHOTOCOPIES OF THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS THROUGH ORDINARY POST:

1. Marks Statement(SCORE CARD)
2. Admit Card
3. Xth class certificate (issued by respective board) as a proof of date of birth.
4. Degree/provisional degree of qualifying exam/M.Sc or equivalent degree
5. Final mark-sheet with the required percentage of marks
6. CGPA/SGPA/OGPA/CPI etc conversion formula of their respective University/Institute or certificate from concerned
   University/Institute clearly stating the percentage of marks in the qualifying degree
7. Bifurcation of marks/period in case of dual degree
8. Caste certificate, if applicable.
9. OBC candidates are required to submit their latest OBC caste certificate (Non-creamy layer) as per format given in NCBC website. (www.ncbc.nic.in).
10. PwD candidates should submit certificates as per Govt. of India rules.

Candidates who have applied under Result Awaited (RA) category (M.Sc or equivalent) should submit the required documents only after completion of their requisite qualification.

Candidates are required to send the above-mentioned documents by Ordinary Post to –

(opposite Instt. Of Hotel Management)
Pusa, New Delhi-110012.

Candidates while sending their documents must super-scribe on the envelop “Documents for December, 2018 (CSIR JRF/LS-PART-1-RESULT) NET Exam and Roll no________________

Note:

(i) In case there is any change in the mailing address mentioned in your application form, kindly send the full and complete details of the new present address along with the above documents, so that the certificate could be sent to the new address.
(ii) As mentioned in the result notification, the fellowship is valid for two years w.e.f 01.07.2019.
(iii) Tentative date of start of issue of the certificate is 10th June. 2019.
(iv) Candidates who desire to collect their certificates in person may do so between 10.00 AM to 12.30 PM and between 02.30 PM to 04.30 PM on all working days (Monday to Friday). Such candidates should bring with them self attested copies of the above-mentioned documents and NOT send the documents by post.

RESULT IN PART-II and III

THE CERTIFICATES OF CANDIDATES HAVING THEIR ROLL NUMBERS IN PART-II AND PART-III OF THE RESULT (UGC JRF/LS AND LECTURESHIP ONLY) WILL BE ISSUED BY UNIVERSITY GRANT COMMISSION OFFICE, DELHI UNIVERSITY, SOUTH CAMPUS, BENITO JUREZ MARG, NEW DELHI-110021. SUCH CANDIDATES MAY VISIT UGC WEBSITE WWW.UGCNETONLINE.IN FOR FURTHER INFORMATION.
