Key Responsibilities
- Analysis of batch, water, Environmental Monitoring (EM), and microbial samples with proper documentation.
- Method transfer and method validation activities along with proper documentation as per approved protocols and SOPs.
- Verification, calibration, qualification, monitoring, and cleaning activities of various QC instruments and equipment as per schedule.
- Training on cell & gene therapy analytical techniques, calibration/verification of equipment, and SOPs (general, calibration, and operation).
- Maintenance of cell lines/banks.
- Environmental Monitoring of Bio-Bulk Manufacturing and Finished Product Areas.
- Monitoring of clean rooms and gases.
- QMS documentation and support in investigations.
- Preparation and revision of documents as and when required.
