Key Responsibilities
- Conduct preclinical and laboratory experiments on late-stage BMS portfolio compounds to support Translational Medicine goals and objectives.
- Deliver data supporting translational strategies including biomarkers, patient selection hypotheses, dose and schedule optimization, combination strategies, resistance mechanisms, and therapeutic differentiation.
- Interface with Translational Medicine scientists across departments to ensure seamless information flow for asset programs.
- Assist in designing experiments and generating data for collaborative projects with Translational Medicine scientists.
- Maintain comprehensive experimental records and communicate findings through presentations and reports.
- Prepare written nonclinical pharmacology study reports to support regulatory submissions and filings.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree (MS, MTech, MSc, or equivalent).
- Relevant work experience in:
- Immunology
- Oncology
- Heme-Oncology
- Industry experience is preferred.
Experience Required
Candidates should possess hands-on experience across immunology, oncology, or heme-oncology research areas with exposure to translational medicine and preclinical research activities. Experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry settings will be considered an advantage.
