Qualifications
- Essential: Bachelor’s Degree (1st Class) in Life Sciences preferably in botany/ biotechnology/ Microbiology or related subjects.
- Desirable: Master’s degree in Life Sciences preferably in botany/ biotechnology/ Microbiology or related subjects. Experience in fungal isolation, culturing and preservation, fungal taxonomy, nomenclature and systematics. Working knowledge of bioinformatics tools for sequence alignment and phylogenetic tree construction.
Monthly Stipend
Rs. 30000/- Fixed
Age Limit
Minimum of 21 years and maximum of 45 years as of the closing date of the advertisement. (Relaxation will be applicable for the OBC, SC, ST, etc. categories according to the Government of India regulations.)

- No T.A. is admissible for interviews, and selected candidates will have no right for appointment against any ARI or funding agency’s post/s.
- Non-refundable application fee of ₹100/- (except SC/ST/Divyang/Women Candidates) to be paid online through https://www.onlinesbi.sbi/sbicollect. Candidates should attach the online payment receipt for fees and indicate the receipt number in the application form.
- The prescribed essential qualifications are minimum, and the mere possession of the same does not entitle candidates to be called for an interview.
- In the case of deserving and exceptionally qualified candidates, desirable qualifications are relaxed at the discretion of the Competent Authority.
- The Positions/ requirements are purely on a contractual basis. The selected candidates may be assigned to another project based on Institutional requirements.
- The Candidate has the option to appear for an interview in Hindi language as well.
