Research Fellow Post Vacant Under Projects @ Division of Biological Standardization, IVRI

Applications are invited from eligible candidates for engagement of the following position(s) under the following time bound Projects at Division of Biological Standardization. The engagement(s) is / are purely on temporary and contractual basis, co-terminus with the project and will be liable for termination at any time in case of the unsatisfactory performance of the candidate. There will be no provision for absorption/re-employment in ICAR/IVRI after termination of the time bound under mentioned project (s). No TA/DA will be provided for appearing in the interview.

Name of the projects : Development and evaluation of recombinant antigen based serodiagnostic for detection of Classical Swine Fever virus antibodies (CRP on vaccines & diagnostics)

Essential Qualification :

Masters Degree in Biotechnology / Biochemistry/ Microbiology (Bacteriology / Immunology /Virology) with 4 years/5 years of Bachelor’s degree. Candidates having post graduate degree in Basic Sciences with 3 years Bachelor’s degree and 2 years Masters Degree should have NET qualification as mentioned in the OM SR/S9/Z-09/2012 of DST dated 21.10.2014 (ICAR OM F.No.Edn/6/27/2014/ HRD dated 13th July, 2015)

Desirable Qualification : Experience in cloning, expression of recombinant proteins and ELISA.

Emoluments : Rs. 25000/- per month + 20% HRA

Age limit (Maximum) : 35 years for men and 40 years for women. Age relaxation in case of SC/ST/ OBC candidates is as per rule.
