Position Title: Junior Research Fellow
Title of Project: “Pathophysiology of thrombocytopenia in dengue infection”
Principal Investigator: Dr. Prasenjit Guchhait, Associate Professor.
Duration: Initially for 1 year, may be extended on annual evaluation till the duration of the project.
Qualifications:
Essential Qualifications: M.Sc. / B.Tech / B.E. or any other equivalent course in Biotechnology with at least 60% marks.
Preferable Qualifications: GATE, NET or any national level JRF eligibility test qualified.
Experience:
Desirable: Prior experience in hematology, microbiologyand molecular biology techniques including qPCR
, gene sequencing, western blot and flow cytometry.Fellowship: Rs 16000 + 30% HRA per month for 1st & 2nd year, and 18000 + 30% HRA for 3rd year according to DST guidelines.
