Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for sampling, analysis, and documentation of water analysis as per the approved standard testing procedure.
- Responsible for execution and documentation of Environmental monitoring programs as per the approved standard testing procedure.
- Perform routine analysis of in-process samples, finished product, raw material, and stability samples according to established specifications and procedures relating to Sterility, Bioburden, Endotoxin, and Growth Promotion.
- To calibrate instruments as per the Calibration plan.
- To calibrate instruments as per standard procedure and maintain records.
- To participate in the investigation of deviation, change control OOT and OOS in QC activity.
- To participate in internal and external audits to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Report to the Head of the Department – Quality Control and other department designates as per functional requirements.
