Available Positions
1. Production – Secondary Manufacturing (Drug Product – Vaccines)
- Blending: Formulation execution and monitoring. Operation of Autoclaves, Blending Vessels, CIP & SIP Systems
- Filling: Filling Line Operations. Sterilizers, Filling & Capping Equipment Handling
2. Engineering (Mechanical / Instrumentation)
- Process Equipment: Filling Lines, Autoclaves, Vessels, Lyophilizers, Fermenters & Bioreactors. Preventive and Breakdown Maintenance
- Instrumentation: Calibration & BMS Operations. PLC & SCADA Troubleshooting. Instrumentation Maintenance
3. Quality Control (Biologics / Vaccines)
- Biochemical Assays & Immunochemical: Polysaccharide, Protein, Nucleic Acid & Aluminium Analysis. Analytical Method Validation. ALCOA Compliance, OOS/OOT Investigations. Experience in SDS-PAGE, Western Blot, Slot Blot, PCR & ELISA
- Virology: In-vitro Viral Testing of Raw Materials, In-process, Final Bulk, Final Lot & Stability Samples. Product Release Review and Stability Studies. Support for New Vaccine Projects
Qualifications
- Education: M.Sc. (Life Sciences) / B.Sc.
- Experience: 1–9 Years
- Preferred Industry Experience: Vaccines / Biosimilars / Injectable Manufacturing
