Key Responsibilities

Work as a Junior Research Fellow (JRF) in a DBT-sponsored research project.
Carry out research activities assigned under the project.
Support laboratory experiments and research objectives.
Perform scientific work as per project requirements.

Qualifications

Candidates must possess: M.Sc. / M.Tech. in Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Bioinformatics, or equivalent. At least 60% aggregate marks. NET/GATE qualification is essential.

Experience

Preference will be given to candidates having experience in:
Molecular Biology
Protein Biochemistry
Structural Biology

Skills Needed

Strong understanding of Molecular Biology
Knowledge of Protein Biochemistry
Familiarity with Structural Biology techniques
Research and laboratory skills
Scientific documentation and analytical skills

Fellowship & Tenure

  • Fellowship: ₹37,000/- per month
  • HRA: 27%
  • Tenure: Initially one year, extendable up to three years based on candidate performance and funding support.

Age Limit

As per the Funding Agency norms.

The appointment is purely temporary and does not confer any right to a regular appointment in the University.
