Key Responsibilities
- Relevant biosimilar experience from reputed biosimilar companies.
- Experience in the development of cell-based assays and ELISA.
- Experience working on flow cytometry-based assays (preferable).
- Design experiments with minimal supervision.
- Development of functional bioassays to evaluate different mechanisms of action.
- Analyse data using PLA (equivalence testing), GraphPad Prism, Minitab, and other software.
- Development of ELISAs and other characterisation bioassays for biosimilars with application of novel technical concepts.
- Good understanding of assay kinetics, receptor biology, and monoclonal antibody (MAbs) bioassays.
- Bioassay method qualification, validation, and transfer to Quality Control.
- Troubleshooting and documentation of bioassay methods.
- Writing protocols and reports.
- Participate in scientific discussions.
- Work collaboratively within a team.
- Knowledge of ICH and other regulatory guidelines is preferred.
Qualifications
- Master’s in Biochemistry.
- Post-Graduation in Biotechnology or Biology.
