- Position: Project Scientific Officer (B)
- Post: One (01) Post (UR)
- Type: Temporary for one (01) year, renewable up to three (03) years based on performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Independently operate and manage Liquid Chromatography Mass Spectrometry (LCMS/MS).
- Perform metabolite extraction from diverse biological matrices.
- Conduct data acquisition and interpretation of metabolomics datasets.
- Establish quality control procedures for Mass Spectrometry analyses.
- Maintain records of sample receipt, processing, and analysis.
- Participate in user training and preparation of SOPs.
- Develop expertise in mass spectrometry software platforms.
- Support investigators in experimental design and data interpretation.
Qualification
Full-time Master’s Degree in Science (Biochemistry / Biotechnology / Life Sciences / or related disciplines) from a recognized University/Institute with an aggregate of 60% marks.
Essential Experience
Minimum three (03) years of full-time active experience in a laboratory with Mass Spectrometry, Metabolomics, and related analyses.
Required Skills
- Expertise in Liquid Chromatography Mass Spectrometry.
- Proficient in data analysis and interpretation.
- Strong documentation and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Familiarity with mass spectrometry software platforms.
