Key Responsibilities
- Overall adherence to safe practices and procedures of oneself and the teams reporting in.
- Contributing to the development of procedures, practices, and systems that ensure safe operations and compliance with the company’s integrity & quality standards.

- Ensuring the safety of self, teams, and labs by adhering to safety protocols and following environmental, health, and safety (EHS) requirements at all times in the workplace.
- Ensure all assigned mandatory trainings related to data integrity, health, and safety measures are completed on time by all members of the team, including oneself.
- Compliance with Syngene’s quality standards at all times. Hold self and their teams accountable for the achievement of safety goals. Govern and review safety metrics from time to time.
Education
Master’s degree in Life Science, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or related field.
Experience
Seeking a skilled analytical scientist with hands-on expertise in LC and CE techniques to support biologics development in a CDMO environment. The role focuses on method lifecycle management, analytical development, qualification, and transfer.
Skills and Capabilities
- Develop and optimise LC methods (SEC, IEX, HIC, RP-LC, HILIC, Pro-A).
- Perform CE-based analysis (CE-SDS, cIEF, CZE) using PA800 Plus/Maurice.
- Execute method qualification, validation, and transfer.
- Troubleshoot methods to improve performance and robustness.
- Support formulation, process development, and stability studies.
- Prepare analytical protocols, SOPs, and reports.
- Ensure compliance with ICH, USP, GLP/GMP, and data integrity standards.
- Collaborate with QA, QC, and cross-functional teams.
