Key Responsibilities
- Management of microbiology analysis for raw, semi-finished, and finished goods.
- Manage inventory of reagents and equipment calibration.
- Participate in ISO 17025/GLP compliance and Accreditation process for NABL.
- Engage in Proficiency Testing and Environmental Monitoring Program.
- Coordinate validations such as Autoclave Validations and Clean Room Validation.
- Write and implement Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions.
Qualifications
- Education: Post-graduate in Food Science/Microbiology/Dairy Microbiology/Food Technology.
- Experience: 1-3 years in FMCG or Food Manufacturing Industry.
Technical Skills & Competencies:
- Good Laboratory Practices (GLP)
- ISO 17025-Internal Auditor Course
- Food Safety/HACCP
- FSSC 22000
- Basic knowledge of Power BI & AI Tools
- Knowledge of 5S, Kaizen
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Strong focus on safety and compliance.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
