Key Responsibilities
- Static data creation and review in LIMS.
- Facing regulatory and client audits while ensuring audit compliance.
- Microbial Method Validation and Method Verification.
- Microbiology analysis, including Bioburden, MLT, Test for Specified Organisms, and BET analysis.
- Sterility testing and validation activities.
- Environmental and Utility Monitoring data review.
- Microbiology laboratory maintenance.
- Calibrations, qualifications, and requalification activities.
- Review of microbiology data and laboratory documentation.
- Media and culture qualification data review and planning.
- Handling Quality Management System (QMS) activities in the microbiology laboratory.
- Microbiological analysis, Sterility Testing, Bacterial Endotoxin Testing, and analysis of different grades of water (PW/WFI/POW) as per specifications.
- Preparation of risk assessment documents, protocols, and reports.
- Managing change controls, CAPA, deviations, incidents, OOS/OOT investigations.
- Sample management and coordination for smooth sample release activities.
- Environmental monitoring of clean rooms.
- Preparation of specifications, STPs, protocols, and reports.
- Audit trail review and sampling schedule planning.
- Client interaction and shift supervision activities.
- Working with LIMS and electronic document review systems.
- Following EHSS policies and Good Hygiene Practices.
- Undertaking additional microbiology-related responsibilities as required.
Qualification Required
Educational Qualification: M.Sc. Microbiology
