Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute high-throughput and medium-throughput screening assays for monoclonal and bispecific antibodies.
- Develop and perform cell-based functional assays, including Receptor binding and signaling assays, Reporter assays, Cytokine release assays, Immune cell activation assays, ADCC / ADCP assays.
- Perform binding and affinity characterization using techniques such as ELISA, Flow Cytometry, and other biochemical and immunological assays.
- Screen antibody and drug molecule panels to support lead candidate identification and selection.
- Analyze experimental data and prepare scientific reports to support internal research programs.
Qualifications
- M.Sc. / M.Tech / PhD in Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Life Sciences, or related field.
- Experience working in antibody discovery, immunology, or drug discovery laboratories.
- Familiarity with flow cytometry and functional immune assays is highly desirable.
Required Technical Skills
- Candidates should have strong hands-on experience in Mammalian cell culture techniques and Biochemical assays, including Western Blotting and Immunoprecipitation.
- Molecular biology techniques, including RNA processing, qPCR, ddPCR, and Cloning.

- Strong experimental and analytical skills.
- Ability to design and optimize biological assays.
