- Job Position: Project Associate-I
- Project Title: Molecular Basis of Specificity and Promiscuity in Diverse Phage Infection-Sensing by the Bacterial PARIS Immune System
- Funding Agency: ANRF

Duration
The appointment will initially be for one year and may be extended based on satisfactory performance, or until completion of the project, whichever is earlier.
Essential Qualifications
- Four-year Bachelor’s Degree in Natural or Agricultural Sciences, or Master’s Degree in Natural or Agricultural Sciences, or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Technology from a recognized University or equivalent.
- The candidate should have experience in molecular biology, recombinant protein expression and purification, and microbiology.
Monthly Emoluments (As per ANRF/OM/N-01/2024)
- (i) ₹37,000/- + HRA for scholars selected through:
- (a) National Eligibility Tests such as CSIR-UGC NET, including Lectureship (Assistant Professorship), or GATE; or
- (b) A selection process through national-level examinations conducted by Central Government Departments and their Agencies and Institutions.
- (ii) ₹30,000/- + HRA for candidates who do not fall under category (i) above.
