Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic scientific partner by contributing insights to patient journey mapping, medical strategies, product planning, and evidence generation initiatives.
- Act as the Medical, Clinical, and Scientific expert for assigned therapeutic areas, supporting internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and other stakeholders through personalized scientific engagement and communication.
- Identify data gaps, unmet medical needs, and evidence-generation opportunities to improve patient access, outcomes, and clinical practice.
- Support clinical trials, medical education programs, digital engagement activities, and ensure compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
Essential Requirements
- Acts with credibility and clarity of purpose to build and maintain effective and collaborative relationships.
- Working knowledge of the Healthcare System and research procedures, as well as guidelines relevant to the pharmaceutical industry.
- Experience in a medical function (2–3 years preferred) in at least one therapeutic area.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of audiences.
- Application of a curious mindset through active listening and open questioning techniques.

Educational Qualifications
- Pharmacist, Master’s degree, or other post-graduate degree in Health Sciences or Life Sciences.
- Doctoral degree preferred (PharmD, PhD, MD).
Experience Required
- 2–3 years of experience in a medical function within at least one therapeutic area preferred.
- Experience working with healthcare systems, clinical research, scientific communication, and stakeholder engagement is advantageous.
