Terms & Conditions for Apprenticeship Training
- Qualifications must be obtained from recognized Indian institutions approved by the appropriate statutory authority.
- Candidates must register on the NATS portal at NATS Portal before applying.
- Candidates who completed qualifications in 2022–2026 are eligible to apply.
- Applicants who have already completed or are currently undergoing apprenticeship training are not eligible.
- Candidates with more than one year of work experience are not eligible.
- Applicants must be at least 18 years of age on the date of selection.
- The apprenticeship training period will be 12 months from the date of contract execution.
- No TA/DA will be provided for any stage of the selection process.
- Apprenticeship training does not guarantee employment after completion.
- Hostel accommodation may be available on a paid basis, subject to availability.
- Transportation facilities may not be provided during the training period.
- Selection may be based on academic merit, written test, or interaction, subject to document verification.
- Canvassing or attempts to influence the selection process will lead to cancellation of candidature.
- Indian Institute of Science Education and Research Tirupati reserves the right to modify or cancel the advertisement/selection process without prior notice.
- The number of apprenticeship positions may vary depending on eligible applications received.
- Suppression or misrepresentation of facts will lead to disqualification at any stage.
Instructions for the Candidates
- Candidates must ensure they meet all eligibility criteria before attending the selection process.
- Registration on the NATS Portal is mandatory.
- Candidates must carry the duly filled application form along with self-attested educational certificates, mark sheets, category/PwD/EWS certificates, and experience certificates (if applicable).
- Separate applications must be submitted for each eligible post.
- Applicants should provide accurate details and supporting documents in the application form.
- CGPA must be converted into percentage as per university norms for verification purposes.
- Verification of documents and eligibility will be conducted before contract generation, and discrepancies may lead to rejection.
- Required documents include 10th certificate, graduation mark sheets, degree certificate, ID proof, Aadhaar card, bank passbook copy, medical fitness certificate, and passport-size photographs.
- No correspondence will be entertained for candidates not selected.
- Shortlisted candidates will be informed through the registered email ID and must sign the apprenticeship contract at joining.
- Selected candidates must submit a valid Police Verification Certificate at the time of joining.
- All legal disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of courts at Tirupati.
