Key Responsibilities

  • Work under the Scientific Social Responsibility (SSR) head of the ANRF-CRG project.
  • Participate in research activities related to investigating the role of Mitogen-activated protein kinase in regulating photosynthesis in rice.
  • Assist in laboratory experiments and project-related activities.
  • Support ongoing molecular biology and plant science research work.
  • Contribute to data collection and experimental procedures as directed by the project investigator.

Qualifications

Students currently pursuing the final year of B.Tech / B.Eng. / M.Sc. / M.Tech / BSMS.

Specialization in:

Experience

  • Students having exposure to kinase assays and protein work will be preferred.
  • Prior laboratory experience in molecular biology, biotechnology, or related research areas will be advantageous.

  • Knowledge of Molecular Biology techniques.
  • Understanding of Biotechnology and Life Sciences concepts.
  • Basic laboratory and research skills.
  • Exposure to kinase assays.
  • Protein handling and analysis experience.
  • Ability to work in a research-oriented environment.
  • Documentation and scientific data recording skills.

Important Information

  • The position is purely temporary and co-terminus with the project.
  • The tenure of the position is two months only and is not extendable.
  • Fellowship and appointment will be governed as per DBT/DST norms.
  • Reservation of posts shall be as per the Government of India norms.
  • Candidates must report for registration between 10:00 AM and 11:00 AM on June 08, 2026.
  • Candidates reporting after 11:00 AM will not be entertained.
  • No TA/DA will be paid for attending the walk-in interview.
