- Position Title: Senior Research Fellow (SRF)/ Knowledge Management Officer

- Project Title: Fortification Innovation Hub
- Number of Positions: One (1)
- Duration: 06 Months (Extension based on performance)
- Emoluments per Month: 42,000+10% HRA
Key Responsibilities
- Design and prepare training materials and SOPs
- Conduct training sessions for food businesses and laboratory professionals
- Develop IEC materials related to food fortification
- Conduct research activities under the Fortification Innovation Hub
- Coordinate with stakeholders associated with CEFF
- Prepare progress reports, newsletters, and project documentation
- Improve fortified food products and Fortified Rice Kernels (FRK)
- Develop Ready-to-Eat (RTE) food products and recipes
- Liaise with government departments and project stakeholders
- Represent project deliverables to central/state officials and partners
Essential Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Food Science & Technology, Food Science and Nutrition, and other Allied Sciences.
Desirable Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience working in handling a similar kind of project.
- Knowledge and experience of health nutrition/food fortification/agro-food processing industries and working with its ecosystem is essential.
- Excellent written and communication skills and developing knowledge products. Papers in peer-reviewed journals are desirable.
- Candidate with good content writing skill
- Good knowledge of MS Office skills will be preferred
- Good communication skills, preferably in Hindi and English.
