Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle from inquiry to delivery and invoicing.
- Coordinate with Sales, Planning, Production, QA, and Logistics teams for smooth execution.
- Handle customer communication, order updates, issue resolution, and escalations.
- Support quotation, pricing validation, SKU creation, and production planning.
- Monitor timelines, risks, bottlenecks, and shipment readiness.
- Maintain accurate product master data, BOMs, specifications, and formulations.
- Support data validation, audits, compliance, and lifecycle documentation.
- Ensure accurate ERP/Salesforce updates and reporting.
- Drive process improvements, automation, and workflow efficiency initiatives.
- Prepare project status reports, operational metrics, and audit-ready documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences / Biotechnology / Biochemistry or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in project coordination, scientific operations, product data, or order management roles
Preferred Skills
- Strong understanding of scientific products (antibodies, reagents, or related areas preferred)
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects independently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP) and/or Salesforce
- Exposure to custom product workflows, antibody products, or life sciences operations
- Basic understanding of BOMs, product specifications, and supply chain processes
- Experience working with global stakeholders
- Familiarity with process improvement or automation tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.)
