Available Positions
1. Research Associate (RA) – 01 Position
- Project: NPGET Project
- Duration: Initially up to 30.09.2026, extendable upon satisfactory performance
- Essential Qualification: Ph.D. in Animal Science/Agricultural Science/ Veterinary Sciences/Life Sciences/Biotechnology with at least two research papers in SCI journal (6 NAAS Rating).
- Desirable Qualification: Experience in project activities including oocyte and embryo culture, IVF, and more.
2. Project Assistant – 01 Position
- Project: NPGET Project
- Duration: Initially up to 30.09.2026, extendable upon satisfactory performance
- Essential Qualification: Graduation in science with experience in animal data handling.
- Desirable Qualification: Expertise in lab and field activities, animal handling. At least 2-year experience of working
with the animals at farm.
3. Young Professional-II – 01 Position
- Project: CRP Project
- Duration: Initially up to 30.09.2026, extendable upon satisfactory performance
- Essential Qualification: Master’s degree in Life sciences or related fields.
- Desirable Qualification: Experience in cell culture and molecular techniques.
Remuneration
- Research Associate (RA): Rs. 67,000/- (fixed) per month + HRA as per rules
- Young Professional-II: Consolidated Rs. 42,000/- (fixed) per month
- Project Assistant: Rs. 25,000/- (fixed) per month
Age Limit
- 40 years for men and 45 years for women for Research Associate (RA)
- 21 to 45 years for Young Professional-I
- 35 years for men and 40 years for women for Project Assistant

- Posts are temporary/contractual, time-bound, and co-terminus with the scheme or earlier based on performance.
- Candidates must bring duly filled Application Biodata with self-attested photocopies of all certificates.

- Pay is subject to revision as per ICAR/sponsoring agencies’ instructions.
