Key Eligibility Criteria

Salary Range
- ₹25,000/- to ₹56,000/- per month + HRA (depending on role and qualification)
Age Limit
- Typically up to 35 years (varies by position)
- Senior roles: up to 40 years
- Project Assistant: up to 50 years
- JRA: up to 28 years
- Age relaxation applicable as per Government of India rules
Selection Process
- Selection will be based on Walk-in Interview performance
- A written test may be conducted if there are a large number of candidates
Special Note (JRA – UPSBB Project)
- Only candidates domiciled in Uttar Pradesh are eligible
- First-class academic record required
- Maximum age: 28 years (as on April 1, 2026)
General Terms & Conditions
- Positions are purely temporary and project-based
- Initial engagement is for one year, extendable based on performance and project requirements
- Maximum tenure will not exceed five years
- No claim for permanent employment at CSIR–CIMAP
- Accommodation may be provided or HRA will be applicable
- No TA/DA will be provided for attending the interview
- Final-year/result-awaiting candidates are not eligible for Life Science Job
- Only candidates with complete documents will be allowed to attend
