About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Program & Course Coordination
The selected candidate will:
- Support the design and coordination of:
- Short-term workshops
- Long-term certification programs
- Residencies
- Advanced surgeon training programs
- Manage:
- Program calendars
- Course schedules
- Faculty availability
- Participant registrations
- Coordinate with internal teams including:
- Scientific Education
- Marketing
- Sales
- Technical Services
- Support visiting surgeons and trainees throughout their educational journey.
Dry Lab & Facility Operations
Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing day-to-day Dry Lab operations
- Ensuring readiness for cataract and refractive surgery training
- Coordinating setup, maintenance, and usage of modern Alcon equipment
- Maintaining compliance with safety, quality, and training protocols during educational activities
Faculty & Surgeon Engagement
The role involves:
- Coordinating logistics for national and international faculty members
- Managing schedules, lab access, and program execution
