Key Responsibilities
- Manage manufacturing and production operations
- Coordinate production plans and shop floor activities
- Monitor manpower, material, and machinery utilization
- Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
- Coordinate maintenance and shutdown activities
- Analyze production performance and cost efficiency
- Support continuous improvement initiatives
- Assist in audits including HACCP, ISO, and GMP
- Train and mentor production teams
Qualification
BTech (Food Technology/ Dairy/ Industrial Production) – with experience of 2-7 yrs
Skills Required
- Manufacturing and production operations knowledge
- Understanding of food processing systems
- Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and ISO standards
- Production planning and operational coordination
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Computer and data management skills
- Understanding of safety and environmental principles
