Project Description
The project focuses on investigating the prion-like properties of the potato SEUSS protein (StSEU) and its role in thermosensory responses.
The research integrates:
- Computational biology
- Molecular biology
- Yeast assays
- Transgenic approaches
The objective is to understand how StSEU regulates heat stress adaptation and developmental plasticity in potato.
Job Role
The Technical Assistant will assist with:
