Key Responsibilities
Product Formulation & Evaluation
- Engage in the end-to-end creation of skincare/haircare formulas.
- Perform hands-on bench work in laboratory environments.
- Conduct sensory evaluations to ensure product texture and performance meet L’Oréal standards.
Quality & Stability Assessment
- Conduct quality and stability tests, including pH, viscosity, and microscopy.
- Ensure robustness and safety of new formulations.
Scientific Research
- Perform academic literature reviews.
- Stay up to date with scientific breakthroughs and integrate findings into product development projects.
Project Collaboration
- Work with cross-functional teams throughout the formulation lifecycle.
- Contribute from concept development and optimization to industrial-scale transformation.
Qualifications
