  1. Respected Sir/Madam,
I am Ashish Singh, a student of M.Sc. Biochemistry. I would like to inform you that I have successfully completed my dissertation project titled “Biochemical Analysis of Chickpea (Cicer arietinum) under Stress Conditions.”
The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of different stress factors on chickpea plants and to analyze various biochemical parameters such as protein content, DNA concentration, and enzymatic activities. The study helps in understanding plant responses to environmental stress and their physiological adaptations.
During the course of this project, I applied various laboratory techniques including protein estimation (Lowry/Bradford method), DNA extraction, and spectrophotometric analysis. This project has enhanced my practical knowledge and research skills in plant biochemistry I hereby submit my dissertation project for your kind evaluation and approval.
