About the Role
The Quality Control Executive will be responsible for performing laboratory testing and analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products to ensure they meet defined quality standards. The role requires hands-on laboratory work, adherence to testing protocols, and accurate reporting of results.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine analysis of raw materials, in-process, and finished products
- Conduct microbiological and chemical testing as per standard procedures
- Maintain and calibrate laboratory instruments and equipment
- Record, analyze, and report test results accurately
- Ensure compliance with GLP and laboratory safety practices
- Identify out-of-specification (OOS) results and assist in investigations
- Maintain proper lab documentation and records
- Support method validation and stability studies
Skills Required
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of microbiological and analytical techniques
- Hands-on experience with laboratory equipment and testing methods
- Understanding of GLP and lab safety protocols
- Strong analytical and observation skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in MS Office for documentation and reporting
- Ability to work independently and in a team
