Key Responsibilities
- Conduct remote, questionnaire-based supplier quality assessments
- Identify compliance gaps using risk-based evaluation tools
- Develop and maintain risk-based audit programs and questionnaires
- Review and guide CAPA and remediation plans
- Support internal assessments across global sites
- Monitor supplier performance, KPIs, and risk rankings
- Assist in regulatory inspection readiness and pre-inspection activities
- Analyze regulatory intelligence (warning letters, inspection trends)
- Drive process improvements and digital assessment enhancements
- Act as SPOC for global suppliers and ensure effective stakeholder collaboration
Qualifications
- Degree in Chemistry, Biology, Pharmacy, or related Life Science fields
- Advanced degree (preferred but not mandatory)
Experience
- Significant experience in the Pharmaceutical/Biotech industry
- Background in Quality Assurance, Compliance, or Auditing
- Supplier Quality experience (highly preferred)
Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of GMP and Quality Compliance standards
- Understanding of Quality Risk Management (QRM) principles
- Familiarity with remote auditing practices
- Proficiency in digital audit tools (e.g., TrackWise) and MS Office
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Strong documentation review and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and collaboration across global teams
- Proactive approach with a focus on continuous improvement
