What You Will Do :
- Manage the end-to-end Vendor Change Notification (VCN) process to ensure supply chain continuity
- Communicate effectively with global stakeholders on supplier quality impacts
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including MSAT, QC, Manufacturing, and Procurement. For those passionate about QC Job responsibilities, this collaborative environment is particularly appealing.
- Drive global implementation of quality system updates and process improvements
- Ensure compliance with cGMP and FDA regulations using tools like SAP, VSCI, DMS, and TrackWise
- Act as SME during regulatory inspections and audits

- Maintain supplier documentation within Quality Management Systems (QMS)
- Support the continuous improvement of Raw Material Quality Systems
What We Are Looking For :
- Degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field
- Strong experience in Quality Assurance or Supplier Quality roles. In fact, experience in QC Job functions will be highly valued!
- Expertise in cGMP regulations and QMS
- Excellent analytical, technical, and communication skills
- Experience with SAP, TrackWise, and Document Management Systems preferred
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced global environment
