Position Details

- Number of Posts: 1
- Emoluments: ₹33,000/- + 30% HRA per month
Eligibility Criteria (Life Science Jobs)
- Master’s degree (M.Sc./M.Tech) in Natural Sciences/Agriculture/Life Sciences/Engineering/Technology from a recognized university
- Minimum 2 years of research experience in Plant Molecular Biology
- Must fulfill the guidelines of Office Memorandum ANRF/OM/No-01/2024 dated 14/10/2024
- Preference: Candidates with a PhD in Plant Molecular Biology
- Upper Age Limit: 50 years. Also, for those applying to Project Associate Jobs, age limits are strictly observed.
Job Terms & Conditions
- The position is purely temporary and co-terminus with the project, which is standard for Project Associate job appointments.
- Fellowship is as per the project sanction and official memorandum
- Initial appointment: 1 year or till project completion (whichever is earlier)
- Tenure may be curtailed based on performance and the authority’s discretion
- Selection depends on qualifications and experience
- Reservation as per the Government of India norms
- Appointment can be terminated with one month’s notice by either side
- No claim for a permanent position at NIPGR
