Key Responsibilities:
- Work under the ANRF-ARG-sponsored project titled “Targeting autophagy-fueled oral cancer metabolome to prevent host cachexia”.
- Conduct research in the Department of Biotechnology, Manipal School of Life Sciences. As part of the department, you will contribute to high-level projects such as the Junior Research Fellowship.
- Engage in laboratory-based work related to cancer biology and metabolomics.
Qualifications:
- M.Sc./M.Tech/First class Engineering Graduate degree of 4 years in any field of Life Sciences/Biotechnology/Biochemistry/Biomedical Engineering or allied field. It is important to note that applicants for the Junior Research Fellowship must have these qualifications.
Experience:
- Prior experience in cancer biology, cell culture, and molecular biology will be preferred, especially for those applying to a Junior Research Fellowship role.
- A candidate with UGC-CSIR/NET/GATE/DBT-BET qualification will be preferred.
