Key Responsibilities:

  • Work under a CCRH (CCRH-2/001/2026-27) sponsored project titled “Development and Evaluation of homeopathic mother tinctures incorporated nanofibrous matrix for the wound healing and infection management”.
  • Conduct research in the Department of Biotechnology, Manipal School of Life Sciences as part of a research fellowship for juniors.

Qualifications:

M.Sc./M.Tech/BHMS/First class Engineering Graduate degree of 4 years in any field of Life Sciences/Biotechnology/Biomedical Engineering. These qualifications are ideal for candidates applying to a Junior Research Fellowship.

Experience:

  • Prior experience in scaffold fabrication, characterization, cell culture, and molecular biology will be preferred. Experience is a key requirement for a research fellowship aimed at juniors.
  • A candidate with UGC-CSIR/NET/GATE/ DBT-BET qualification will be preferred.

Skills Needed:

  • Knowledge of scaffold fabrication and characterization
  • Hands-on experience in cell culture techniques
  • Understanding of molecular biology methods—skills often required for those interested in a Junior Research Fellowship.
  • Research and analytical skills

Remuneration:

Rs 37,000 per month + HRA 10% as per the CCRH norms. The salary package is competitive for a junior fellowship research role.

Duration:

3 Years. This is the typical duration for JRF programs at academic institutions.
