Key Responsibilities:

  • Work on the project “Regulatory interactions of NMD pathway with hsrω lncRNAs and their impact on Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS) in Drosophila.”
  • Assist the Principal Investigator, Dr. Anand Kumar Singh, in research activities, contributing as a Junior Research team member to the Fellowship objectives.
  • Conduct experiments related to Cell Biology, Genetics, and Molecular Biology.
  • Support ongoing DST-SERB-funded research work under project code 30224199.

Qualifications:
M.Sc. in Life Sciences, Zoology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, Microbiology, or related subjects with at least 55% marks.
Qualified CSIR-UGC NET/GATE or any National Level Test conducted by Central Government Departments and their agencies. Earning a JRF is a plus for eligibility.

Experience:
Experience in Cell Biology, Genetics, or Molecular Biology is preferred but not mandatory. Applicants having prior Junior Fellowship research experience will be regarded favorably.
