Role Overview

The Food Technologist – Pre & Post Launch Analysis is responsible for validating and tracking the performance of new food products before and after launch. The role ensures that products meet quality, consistency, and operational standards while identifying gaps and driving continuous improvements across locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct pre-launch validation checks for new products and recipes
  • Monitor pilot runs and assess readiness for commercialization
  • Evaluate product performance during live market launches
  • Ensure consistency in execution, product quality, and operational feasibility
  • Collect feedback from kitchen and operations teams
  • Perform post-launch audits across multiple locations
  • Analyze customer feedback, complaints, and operational challenges
  • Identify gaps between developed recipes and actual execution
  • Recommend corrective actions and product improvements
  • Collaborate with R&D and QA teams for product refinement
  • Maintain validation reports and performance tracking systems
  • Support SOP updates and recipe corrections post launch
  • Ensure smooth scale-up of products across locations
  • Share structured performance insights with NPD leadership

Candidate Profile

Educational Qualification
Degree or Diploma in Food Technology or Food Science

Experience

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in QSR, FMCG, food manufacturing, or product validation roles
  • Experience in product testing, quality validation, or launch monitoring is required
