Available Positions
1. Project Assistant-II (PA-II) – 01 Position
- Essential Qualification: B.Sc./ 3 years Diploma in Engineering/ Technology.
- Desirable Qualification: Working knowledge in handling microbial strains, including their cultivation, preservation, and identification.
- Monthly Emoluments: Rs20,000 + HRA
2. Project Associate-I (PAT-I) – 01 Position
- Essential Qualification: Masters/ Integrated Masters in Natural or Agricultural or Animal Sciences. OR Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technology from a recognized University.
- Desirable Qualification: Experience in handling microbes, molecular identification, phenotypic characterization and preservation. Experience in molecular biology techniques i.e. DNA isolation, RNA isolation, PCR, RT-PCR, Sanger sequencing, microbial genomics, etc.
- Monthly Emoluments:

- Rs.31,000/- +HRA for those candidates who have qualified CSIR-UGC/ICAR/ICMR NET incl. lectureship/ assistant professorship or GATE OR those who have qualified National level examinations conducted by Central Government Departments like DBT/DST or equivalent and/or their Agencies/Institutions.
- Rs.25,000/- +HRA for others who do not fall under (1) above.
Upper Age limit (years)
35 years. Relaxation in the age limit for the candidates belonging to the category of SC/ ST/ PwBD/ Women and the category of OBC shall be 05 years and 03 years respectively.
