Role Overview
The Clinical Data Coordinator II (CDC II) plays a critical role in supporting clinical data management activities. The position involves working closely with study teams to ensure accurate data collection, validation, and analysis, contributing to the successful execution of clinical trials and the development of innovative therapies.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Data Management Study Lead in maintaining eCRFs, Data Validation Specifications, and study-specific procedures
- Manage clinical and third-party data reconciliation in accordance with edit specifications and data review plans
- Track and communicate study progress, task metrics, and data status to clinical data scientists, project teams, and management
- Address data-related queries and recommend appropriate solutions
- Identify root causes of data discrepancies and implement systematic resolutions
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate demonstrates strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced clinical research environment.
Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or a related field
Experience & Skills
- Intermediate knowledge of clinical data management within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry
- Familiarity with data management systems such as Medidata, Oracle RDC, or similar platforms
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of regulatory guidelines such as ICH-GCP (preferred)
