Key Responsibilities
- Build patient-facing digital interfaces for clinical trial engagement
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand patient needs and trial requirements
- Design and develop study websites/prescreeners across countries/languages
- Coordinate with global teams, study teams, and external vendors
- Manage platform-related queries and user access/training
- Track patient interactions, digital engagement, and referral metrics
- Analyze data and provide insights, feedback, and improvement strategies
- Stay updated with industry trends and digital innovations
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Medical, Computer Sciences, or related field
- Equivalent qualifications with relevant experience may be considered
Experience
- Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry or clinical trial process (preferred)
- Experience in website design and development
- Exposure to digital patient recruitment for clinical trials is advantageous
