Key Responsibilities
- Support formula development projects through laboratory trials, testing, documentation, and timely milestone updates
- Provide project data, results, and insights to support effective decision-making
- Independently manage selected low-complexity innovation projects from planning to execution
- Contribute to complex long-term initiatives related to digitalization, sustainability, and AI-driven formula development
- Support value management analysis and cost/value optimization activities across product categories
- Assist in category, consumer, market, and competitor understanding through research and analysis
- Support technology mapping, capability development, and innovation opportunities identification
- Assist in patent drafting, invention disclosures, and intellectual property support activities
- Manage R&D workflows related to formula databases, stability studies, microbiology, safety assessments, and registrations
- Participate in organizational initiatives on safety, culture, simplification, and site/team improvement
Qualification
B. Tech/M. Tech in Biotechnology and related education with 1-3 years in the field of formulation development preferably in the field of Skin Care, Body Care, Deodorants and Shower.
