Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biology or other health-related fields.
- Post-Graduate Diploma in Clinical Research (preferred).
- 1–5 years of relevant clinical research experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct site feasibility assessments and identification of potential investigators
- Negotiate study budgets, manage contract execution, and finalize investigator/site selection
- Prepare and submit study documents for ethics committee approval across centers
- Oversee investigational product (IP) dispensing, inventory control, and reconciliation
- Ensure timely initiation, monitoring, and closure of study sites, along with report generation
- Train investigators and site personnel on protocols, procedures, and GCP guidelines
- Ensure timely recruitment, data entry, source data verification, and query resolution
- Ensure reporting of SAEs, SUSARs, and regulatory-required safety submissions
- Identify site-related risks, implement CAPA, and track timelines
- Coordinate with in-house or CRO teams for data management, statistics, and DBL activities
Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of clinical research processes and ICH-GCP
- Hands-on experience with site monitoring, documentation, and compliance
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and safety reporting
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and coordination ability
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to manage multiple study sites efficiently
- Organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
