Role & Responsibilities for Quality Assurance Executive:
- In this Food Technology Job, you have to monitor and continuously enhance food safety and hygiene standards in the kitchen.
- Conduct training for kitchen staff on SOPs, quality, and food safety standards.
- Prepare kitchens for compliance with FSSAI standards and internal audits.
- Perform sensory checks and documentation for raw ingredient and product quality.
- Handle customer complaints through root cause analysis (RCA) and share CAPA.
- Analyze data to understand and improve regional performance metrics.
- Travel to various city locations for kitchen assessments and audits.
Key Competencies of QA Jobs:
- Strong knowledge of food safety, RCA, CAPA, and quality standards.
- Familiarity with FSSAI regulations applicable to the catering industry.
- Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
Requirements for Quality Assurance Executive:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Quality Assurance within the food industry.
- Excellent communication skills.
Educational qualification for Quality Assurance Executive:
B.Tech/M.Tech in Food Technology, Food Science, or a related field.
