Role Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated Quality Assistant to ensure the highest quality standards in our production process and support the QA/QC team with daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct sampling and lab testing of raw materials and finished products
- Maintain proper documentation and quality records
- Assist in internal and external audits
- Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards
Requirements:
- BSc/MSc in Food Technology or Agriculture
- 1–3 years of QA/QC experience in food processing or rice industry
- Strong knowledge of quality systems and testing methods
Interview Process:
First Round – Telephonic Screening
Second Round – Zoom Interview
Final Round – In-Person Interview
Compensation:
CTC will be based on candidate performance in the selection process and past experience.
