We are hiring a Collection and Data Management Specialist to join our Clinical Data Management Department. If you are detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about data and its role in AI-driven healthcare solutions, this is the right opportunity for you!

Position: Collection and Data Management Specialist

Company: Nuvo.AI Pvt. Ltd. (Subsidiary of Meril)

Location: Vapi, Gujarat, India

Interview Mode: Zoom (Online)

CTC: ₹2 – ₹3 LPA (For Freshers)

Experience: 0 – 2 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, organize, and manage data sets for various AI and clinical research projects.
• Ensure data quality and accuracy through cleansing, validation, and standardization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Clinical, AI, R&D) to define data requirements.
• Develop and maintain robust data management procedures and best practices.
• Draft and execute a comprehensive Data Management Plan (DMP) for clinical trials.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, ICH-GCP, and other applicable regulatory standards.
• Analyze datasets to identify trends, support insights, and generate reports/presentations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all data management activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience in data collection and management.
• Strong analytical mindset and excellent attention to detail.
• Proficiency in data analysis software/tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, or statistical tools).
• Good communication, interpersonal, and team collaboration skills.
• Willingness to travel for project or data collection requirements.
