Project Title: “Impact of a cost-effective, nutritionally optimized supplement on body composition and functional measures: A multicentric randomized-controlled trial among older adults at risk of malnutrition/or malnourished (I-CARE Study)

Project Code: GAP-657

Project Duration: Period up to 01 year and extendable up to 03 years based on the requirement of the project and the performance of the candidate, or till the end of the project duration.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Project Associate-II M.Sc in Food Science Tech/Food Science/Nutrition & Dietetics/Biochemistry/Chemistry + 2 years experience in R&D Product formulation, proximate analysis, shelf-life estimation Food Science & Technology including Nutrition / Biochemistry / Chemistry

 

Desirable: Hands-on experience in food analysis and formulation techniques.

Terms & Conditions Highlights:

  • Age relaxation: SC/ST/PwBD/Women – 5 years; OBC – 3 years.

  • The engagement is purely temporary and co-terminus with the project.

  • Maximum permissible engagement period is 6 years across all CSIR labs.
