Key Responsibilities for CAR-T Manufacturing Associate:

• Execute aseptic T-cell processes including thawing, cell separation, genetic modification, expansion, harvesting, and formulation per SOPs and regulatory standards.

• Operate and maintain critical manufacturing equipment (centrifuges, filling units, cell counters) including equipment qualification and annual maintenance contracts.

• Follow strict GMP and GLP standards to ensure the consistency and safety of cell therapy products.

• Optimize protocols for better product yield, quality, and operational efficiency.

• Maintain detailed batch records, process notes, and deviation reports.

• Prepare and manage raw materials, reagents, and consumables required for production.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in real-time to reduce downtime.

• Comply with regulatory guidelines (CDSCO, FDA, EMA, etc.) for cell therapy manufacturing as CAR-T Manufacturing Associate.

• Support experiments for process development and robust T-cell-based gene therapy platforms.

• Contribute to analytical tasks: flow cytometry, ddPCR, lentiviral vector titration.

• Collaborate across QA, QC, and R&D teams to meet project timelines.

• Train junior team members in GMP compliance and manufacturing workflows.

• Assist in authoring SOPs, batch records, and development protocols.

• Support lab and inventory management functions.

Qualifications:

• Ph.D/MSc/BSc in a relevant area of Cell and Gene Therapy, Biological Sciences, or equivalent experience preferred for CAR-T Manufacturing Associate.
