Job Title: Junior Bioinformatics Analyst

Job Role & Responsibilities:
- Analyze clinical samples using next-generation sequencing (NGS) technologies.
- Design, implement, validate, and maintain bioinformatics pipelines.
- Optimize and standardize bioinformatics workflows and protocols.
- Draft bioinformatics documentation and protocols.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in cancer genomics and multi-omics technologies.
- Work with large-scale data sets from various platforms to solve analytical and computational challenges.
Key Qualifications:
- M.Sc. in Bioinformatics or a related field.
- 2 – 3 years of hands-on experience in genomic data analysis.
- Strong experience in processing large-scale datasets in a high-performance computing environment.
- Experience in cancer genomics and related databases/tools: (e.g., TCGA, COSMIC, CLINVAR, Torrent Suite, Ion Reporter, SAMtools).
- Proficiency in scripting and programming languages: Linux/Unix, Perl, Python, R, Shell scripting.
