Job Role & Responsibilities:

• Analyze clinical samples using next-generation sequencing (NGS) technologies.
• Design, implement, validate, and maintain bioinformatics pipelines.
• Optimize and standardize bioinformatics workflows and protocols.
• Draft bioinformatics documentation and protocols.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in cancer genomics and multi-omics technologies.
• Work with large-scale data sets from various platforms to solve analytical and computational challenges.

Key Qualifications:

• M.Sc. in Bioinformatics or a related field.
• 2 – 3 years of hands-on experience in genomic data analysis.
• Strong experience in processing large-scale datasets in a high-performance computing environment.
• Experience in cancer genomics and related databases/tools: (e.g., TCGA, COSMIC, CLINVAR, Torrent Suite, Ion Reporter, SAMtools).
• Proficiency in scripting and programming languages: Linux/Unix, Perl, Python, R, Shell scripting.
