About the Job

Our Team:

Sanofi Business Operations (SBO) is seeking an Associate – Evidence Synthesis to join our team in Hyderabad, India. As part of our team, you will provide functional and operational directions to internalize HEOR analysis and comparative effectiveness analysis processes in partnership with Global HEVA / ITC-NMA / Evidence Synthesis / Market Access / Medical teams.

Main Responsibilities of Evidence Synthesis Job at Sanofi

People:

• Support Manager/Team Lead in collaboration with Global HEVA / ITC-NMA / Evidence Synthesis / Market Access / Medical teams;
• Maintain effective partnership with end stakeholders;
• Assist team members in developing new knowledge.

Performance:

• Provide inputs to the strategic development and execution of industry-leading comparative efficacy analysis.
• Work on methodological aspects of comparative effectiveness analysis.
• Lead and support the development of tools, technology, and processes.

Process:

• Assist in the development of processes and templates;
• Support the delivery of projects;
• Secure adherence to comparative efficacy analysis guidelines.

Stakeholder:

• Maintain an effective relationship with end stakeholders.
• Partner with various global or local teams.

About You

• Experience: 3+ years in HEOR analytics
• Soft Skills: Stakeholder management, communication skills, people management
• Technical Skills: Advanced level training/experience in conducting comparative efficacy analysis, hands-on experience with Excel VBA, familiarity with R
• Education: Advanced degree in life sciences/pharmacy/health economics/ statistics/Engineering, or medical degree
• Languages: Excellent knowledge of the English language
