Job Title: Junior Associate – Biochemistry (QC & Clinical Trials)

CTC: 3LPA and ESop after 1 year – Depending on the last drawn CTC.

Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Junior Associate with a strong background in Biochemistry and Chemistry (as minor) to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess 2-3 years of relevant hands-on experience and be based in Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities:

● Coordinate and work with third-party (3P) manufacturing units for Quality Control (QC) activities.
● Support claims processing and documentation for clinical trials and regulatory submissions.
● Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal quality procedures.
● Communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal, across internal teams and external partners.
● Assist in data compilation and analysis related to QC and clinical studies.
● Maintain and manage laboratory records and documentation.

Key Requirements:

● M.Sc. in Biochemistry, with Chemistry as a minor subject.
● 2–3 years of hands-on experience in a relevant role.
● Must be based in Bangalore or willing to relocate.
● Excellent English communication skills.
● Prior experience working with 3P factories is highly desirable.
● Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

Preferred Skills:

● Knowledge of clinical trial documentation and claim processes.
● Familiarity with GMP, GLP, and regulatory guidelines.
● Good organizational and team collaboration skills.
